To this end the WP4 activities established a trans-national project framework concerning rural-urban relationships based on a policy analysis. The activities included the identification by all Partners of a “rural-urban” working area (Territorial System), then the collection and analysis of a set of policies, with an approach that focuses on governance models and their evaluation in terms of balanced territorial development.|
