Reader can learn on how to set up step by step a [[wiki:participation|participative]] method and create a strategic programme in a short, medium and long-term vision. The governance process is presented in a way that could be used in every single location in the Alpine Space and beyond (taking in mind specificities of a single location). From this perspective the governance process could enrich the analytical tools of [[wiki:comunis|COMUNIS]] with participative methodology, providing greater acceptance of future actions by local inhabitants and giving them the floor for shaping their future.
