The projects work both on the decline of services of general interest in remote areas. 
[[wiki:demochange|DEMOCHANGE]] takes the demographic change in these areas (but not only this) as a starting point, while [[wiki:access|ACCESS]] addresses directly the accessibility of services and develops solutions for it. For [[wiki:demochange|DEMOCHANGE]] it is one topic out of several, for [[wiki:access|ACCESS]] the main topic. There are some pilot activities in [[wiki:demochange|DEMOCHANGE]], which address the topic of improving access to services of general interest (e.g. “More Mobility, local supply and social integration for elderly people”).
