Technical or alternatively manufactured capital is one of the nation’s wealth core stocks of capital that includes e.g. machines and buildings (EEA 2015) ((EEA (European Environment Agency) (2015): Natural capital and ecosystem services (European briefings). But manufactured/technical capital inputs are indicated, to raise awareness where uncertainties occur when measuring ecosystem service outputs.//
