Combining the pilot experiences from the two projects covers a vast variety of territorial types, from dynamic urban regions ([[wiki:moreco|MORECO]]) to rural and mountainous regions ([[wiki:access|ACCESS]]). Putting all the tools together, the two projects offer a toolbox for analysing mobility, settlement patterns and service provision for planners and mobility practitioners. [[wiki:access|ACCESS]] offers in addition some best practices from the pilot sites that may improve access to services, especially using ICT.

Both projects come up with practical recommendations for a sustainable development of settlements, services provided by them and mobility. The [[http://www.moreco-project.eu/Results.php|MORECO white book]]  is a transferable governance strategy and shall serve as a guideline for regions/territories who want to implement some of the tools. [[wiki:access|ACCESS]] presents more specific recommendations that shall help to better take into account services of general interest in the legal frameworks, e.g. in spatial planning.
