To insure this only four to six people will be gathered around a table. The concept supports self-development and self-steering. A world café has a duration of 45 minutes to three hours. The participants are sitting on tables in a larger room. The tables are covered with white paper to facilitate Flip-chart-like notices. One moderator per table is the host, explaining the concept and giving impulses to the discussion. He does not steer it, as he is strictly neutral. He remains on his table, whereas the other participants are requested to change the table after 15 to 30 minutes and to gather on another table in different composition. There the host give a short overview on the results of the previous discussion(s). The world café ends with a concluding reflection phase in the plenum. ==== Literature ==== Brown, J. & D.
