InnoCité developed a very useful and detailed procedure on how to implement a governance process for the valorisation of their city by associating interested stakeholders. Reader can learn on how to set up step by step a participative method and create a strategic programme in a short, medium and long-term vision. The governance process is presented in a way that could be used in every single location in the Alpine Space and beyond (taking in mind specificities of a single location). From this perspective the governance process could enrich the analytical tools of COMUNIS with participative methodology, providing greater acceptance of future actions by local inhabitants and giving them the floor for shaping their future.
