In the second Living Lab, low carbon operations will be achieved by focusing on optimisation and integration. This includes the test of an advanced monitoring system of the ski resort's energy and operational parameters, integrating all the data in a single dashboard capable of generating KPIs, alarms and periodic reports. The new platform will integrate new monitoring points to optimize the production of technical snow (with an in-depth look at the use of artificial basins), the snow grooming and the ski lifts. In addition, the potential of introducing photovoltaic systems, electric storage systems and new charging points for electric mobility will be analyzed. FBK is responsible for the lab animation, while Trentino Sviluppo takes care of the pilot implementation.
